Manic Monday

After taking the kids to school today and working out I didn't leave the house again... yep, that pretty much sums it all up. You say your life runs on repeat but mine does much the same. wake up, get kids out the door, work out, get the little kids up and ready. hang out make a bunch of meals, clean up a bunch of meals, then naps, and bedtime.

Grandma Olson was in Edmonton so we did piano here at home. When they actually sit down and get into it they really like it and don't want to stop and then other times it is pulling teeth to get one song out of them. I bribe them with candy and it seems to work pretty well. Today was a not wanting to stop day so that was nice. I cleaned and organized the shelves in the living room so that took most of the day... I know so boring.

I'm sorry this is so lame. I have lost my creative letter writing mojo.

I am feeling this marathon thing. I'm sure I will regret these words but for right now it seems like a doable goal. Maybe, if I start running. I'm afraid I will slow you down too much and you won't want to run with me but you just may have to get over that;) I loved doing that 10K with you in Brooklyn. Maybe we should start with a 10K again but it just doesn't sound as cool as a Half marathon,,, a Marathon would be cooler but Im sure you are right and it is a bad idea for not.

I am looking into a small vacation for when you have your two weeks off when we have our epic reunion. I am not sure what is better to get away together for a day or two or to just take the time to create an easier transition to our lives together again. Maybe we should just buy a hot tub.... joking!!! Please don't buy one on Amazon.

I like talking to you. I feel boring because I really don't have too much to say besides things the kids do and say and sometimes even they are lacking on interesting things. Haha! I actually need to write more down because I am forgetting too many gems. Ava and Preston are in the perfect stages for hilarities.

I was changing Prestons diaper and he couldn't see the show on TV he was getting ansi and asking to watch the tv. I said "Well who's fault is it for pooping so much?" "Mine" he replied with a silly grin, then lay still for the rest of the time.

We have taken to calling Adrien Hairy Baby. It started a few months back and has been a constant thing. I can't remember if I told you that or not. Ava was calling Adrien a hairy baby and Izaac who was sitting near by said "Well you are hairy Adrien" in a total nonchalant voice. Haha we laughed and adopted the name. Preston has just started calling her this but he thinks it is so funny that he giggles every time he does and has to work hard just to get the words out.

Ava has now refused to wear all pants stating that she "hates looking like a boy!!"

CoraLynn is obsessed with her puppy book and talks about it constantly. She is drawing a lot lately she has a lot of details and it is actually really impressive.

Izaac is our busy moody man he can be so creative with his time and spend a lot of time outside building igloos or clearing the driveway of snow. We are supposed to get more snow tomorrow...Booo:(
He loves to laugh and we had a nice wrestling tickle fight before bed tonight. I need to remember to wrestle with him more. He loves it and it is so fun to hear him laugh so hard.

Well that is all I can think of for now and if I don't get to bed I will never get up and out the door and exercising tomorrow. It is a running day tomorrow. I wonder how far I can run in 20 min... maybe a mile:( I should probably reconsider this whole marathon thing. As long as you run just ahead of me so I can check you out we may still be alright.
I love you more then Ketchup loves mustard, more the Ali loves mustered. I wonder how you spell that correctly the first way or second. neither have a wavy line so I guess we are good although it could be a homonym causing a ruckus. If you understood any of that then you are my soul mate.
