funny words to make you smile:)

We waited around all morning for Alyssa to come play with us but they didn’t show up till afternoon. Izaac was dying to show Brigham his star wars Lego set. Cousins finally arrived just about the time the weather warmed up so it was perfect. The kids played inside, outside, upside down. They all did really well even with a few extra kiddos that Alyssa was watching. It was nice to sit and relax and visit while happy kids played happily.

Preston was playing with Adrien and having a blast pointing and laughing as she danced to the music that played when he pushed the button.  It was hilarious to watch. Then Adrien was showing us her snap chat app thingy for youngins  where you can make a movie and play it backwards. So then we were trying to say things backwards and then play them backwards so that they were said forewords. It was awesome. I think my name was the easiest to say. Alyssa was pretty hard and we didn’t even really attempt Davies.  I love laughingJ

We had a super simple dinner of soup and rolls that the kids devoured so I made popcorn just for fun and to make sure they were full cuz they ate dinner so fast. It was nice to have the house to ourselves for a minute while mom and dad went to Stake Conference.

I went over to my friend Chelsea’s house where she and her sister Brooke were home for the weekend crafting with their parents.  They have a hot tub so we had an awesome soak while laughing and reminiscing about all the crazy things and people that once we knew. I am glad I went. I was nervous because I always get nervous going into social situations but It was a lot of fun and easy to talk and laugh with them. I had forgotten so many stories and happenings. Many are probably best forgotten but it is funny to hear them again.

After a few hours soaking we got out and I headed home. I am ready to snuggle in bed now all toasty and warm. I have decided that we can get a hot tub. Although playing footsies with prunie toes doesn’t sound very appealing so we will have to work around that.
