Dear Squash (like pumpkin but I wanted to be more original),
Feel ready to go at it. Got up, ran, talked to you, got to work, didn't work, went to the gym, got some new personal bests, showered, got lunch, put in laundry, made you a nutrition thing, changed laundry, bought tool to fix bike, tried to fix bike but need tire pump, got laundry, folded laundry, read scriptures, went to dinner, chatted for while, came back, made my nutrition plan, write letter, go to bed. Boom
But also pretty boring. Probably sounds the same every day to you reading it. I forgot to mention I also won coolest guy contest, built a table, learned to crochet, set a new record for sun staring, rescued a damsel in distress, invented time travel, and defeated the war on terror by flexing.
Now that is more interesting.
Tomorrow, I will run for president...of Mars, invent telekinesis, and learn to fly.
If I don't get to those things then I will just do my normal routine. Only new goal is to attend crossfit class for the first time. I'm a little intimidated.
I'm trying to pray for what I need to do in my life to progress by applying the counsel from the talk "what lack I yet". I it kind of scary because I guess I'm afraid of the answer I might get. I suppose that's a good indication that there are things that I need to take out that I hold on to. But of course it is always worth it to sacrifice less worthwhile things or destructive things for the good things that last forever. I hope I will listen and be willing to follow the counsel I'm given.
If you were going in a garden, I'd pick you.
I love you so much and love to see you're smiling face to start my day each day and see our adorable kids and just be touched by how lucky I am and what I have back home to work for and return to. I'm very blessed! Thank you for being a major part of my life!
And then I could cook you into a cutie pie.
Love,
Farmer Jay
