Just Borring old Thursday here in Canada

It is weird to be separated for a holiday especially when it isn't a holiday here! I'm glad you had awesome food and an epic nap to boot. That actually sounds pretty awesome right now but its bedtime so I guess that will suffice.
After taking the kiddos to school the little ones and I went to Preschool. There was only one other kid there but it was alright. They made crowns for the girls and swords for the boys. Ava was the only girl so she got to claim all the glittery buttons to put on her tiara. She was thrilled. They were both very happy and adorable. Preston declaring that he was a prince! when Grandma asked him if he was a knight.  It was a balmy 10 degrees:( which was an actually great improvement from the last few days. We put preston for a nap and then Ava and I snuggled on the couch while she watched a show and I napped. Mom came home so after sharing a bowl of Reces Puffs we went to Grandma Harrisons house to say hi. Ava had a splendid tea party and I did a puzzle she wanted to do but was to hard for her. "I still want to see the picture mom." We picked Izaac up and took him to scouts before stoping at the store.
Ava picked up a piece of the rock salt on the sidewalk and carried it around the store. On our way back outside I told her she could throw it on the sidewalk again and it would help melt the snow. "And Destroy winter!!!!" She is a weird one. I sure do like our weird little one.

I made Tacos for dinner then picked up Izaac, he climbed on a giant snow mountain, Came home, Ate said tacos^ for dinner then sat around the table talking until we heard a ringing coming from the little gadget I call a phone signaling to me that my honey is calling and I get to see the sexiest man alive which is the best parts of my day!!  After that I was obligated to give Cora a bath as it had been much too long then we brushed and dried their hair while Grandma read a chapter from the puppy book before Ava snuggled with me and fell asleep on my lap. Probably my favorite times with the kids is when they peacefully fall asleep on or beside me. Eventually I slipped her into bed and snuggled on the couch and watched MIB 3. now I am ready to slip myself into bed. I really could use your warmth beside me. I know you would love me cuddling next to you because it is so cold out that even you with your 100 degree regular body temp wouldn't mind me warming you up a bit;)

I am excited that November is almost over. I am excited for Christmas, although I am trying to make sure that I make the holiday special and not get overwhelmed with everything else especially preparing for our big trip. I always get nervous driving 3 days across the country but it with be what it is. I am anxious to get home because that means that soon you will be home with me. I am excited to spend christmas at home. I hope I don't miss the good times counting down for my favorite time(thats us being together, just FYI) I love you. My goals... Goals for goaling.

Well I am going to get up at 7 and study scriptures before everyone gets up. I am going to smile more and look for moments to praise our kids. I am going to enjoy spending time with family.

I love you and the reminder to be better then I am now. I feel the real crime in life is if we stop growing and progressing. I am imperfect and need to remember not to stand stagnant but to be constantly striving to be better.
