Dear attractive one,
I just love to read about your day and you tell your story. You make me smile and chuckle and hopefully not disturb the grumpy gus next door that wakes up overtime I make a noise. But it's worth it when I'm laughing with, not at, you. It was a Friday for me. My assistant had his promotion board from specialist to seargant so my morning was blocked off for him. So I got to sit in my office all morning and complete all of my OER stuff, and award packet, and pedo letter, and lots of CE and it was great! I wish I had time to do that all the time. I also unfortunately ate lots of peanut butter cups cuz they were staring at me with those longing orange wrapper eyes. My assistant passed the board so we said hooray. I then had an idea to have a bbq so we could hang and hooray some more and play guitar. I passed it by one of the assistants then he basically just went with it and put it together. So sweet. After getting buff in the gym I picked up meat and some non-alcoholic beer (by request of the others) and we had a fun time playing music and chilling. It kind of felt like being at home in a way. Just being around and eating. It was fun. Major Ho told the story of his childhood which was CRAZY. I'll have to share it with you. Now it is super late and I'm going to be SO tired in the morning.
I got my goal of my letter and CE and working out but not waking up. I will try to read my scriptures more now and hope not to fall asleep.
Tomorrow I want to sleep. That's my goal. I will workout with my trainer too and get my laundry done also but the rest is sleep. Yes, sleep.
I'm appreciative of the fortunate circumstances we have. MAJ Ho's story just illustrated to me that we are so blessed and life is so different for som many. We need to count our blessings but also reach out to make the world a better place. I also appreciate that we can make friends and acquaintances in different ways and something special happens when people get together like we all were uplifted by MAJ Ho's story. That would have never happened if we didn't come together like that. I think Heavenly Father made us to be social creatures that need others to be able to thrive.
I'm thankful for you, you make me thrive.
Hi five for thrive.
Love,
funny looking one
