It is only Wednesday?

Most eventful thing that happened today was just being tired. So so tired. Work was work. I was just tired. My assistant was sick yesterday and he was tired. Seeing him so tired made me feel tired. I took care of some patients. One or two of them told me they were tired.

After work I took a shower and used an "eastern" toilet. It is a toilet in the floor. More like a hole in the floor. It has little places on each side to stand and you are supposed to crouch over it. When done there is a dish sprayer you can hose yourself with. This was astonishingly high pressured. I no longer recommend using eastern toilets. I don't believe I have ever recommended them and I know I will move forward in the future not recommending the use of this style of toilet and associated dish washer spray hose nozzle.

My goals were to workout which I did not because of being so tired today. I honestly would like to have but I just felt I needed rest instead. I also wanted to work on my paper and letters but also was unable to get time to do these things. We had a clinic meeting after work and so didn't even get to leave work until an hour late. I hope for better results tomorrow.

Speaking of tomorrow: legs and arms. Run in morning. Start a conversation with somebody outside work.

I think it is great how you are looking for ways to do service to your family members. Doing even the littlest things I bet has a huge impact. I think you have wonderful examples there and I am blessed to have those examples in my life through you. I hope you take every opportunity and moment to take notes from some of the amazing people in your life and apply it to our family. Family is such a blessing and I'm so grateful for having the best family in the world.

Of course the center of my world is you!
